https certificate expired!
It appears your https/TLS certificate has expired and now my entire support system is unavailable to paying customers. Please fix this ASAP!
My site is https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com however it appears your own site and support system is also affected.
This is a serious CODE RED emergency. I'm sorry for the all caps, but please respond as soon as you see this message to assure me that you are getting this working again.

Thank you for the quick resolution. Curious why there was no response here on your own tender site though. I'd suggest making your activities more visible... it's not a good look for a support service like Tender to seemingly not have anyone attending to it.

I can assure you that Tender has an active support staff, though there are time differences and weekends which can vary our response time.
