Email Replies Not Working
Hi,
When I reply to a support post by email, about 95% of the time my reply does not post. This started happening since yesterday.
My support site is at http://help.sparkbooth.com, and I am replying from my email address [email blocked]

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

We just discovered there was a problem with an internal service which was just fixed. You should start to see the emails/replies go through today and into tomorrow.
