Markdown "eats" first 4 spaces if comment is started with a pre block

If I post a comment that starts with what should be a pre block, 4 spaces, the spaces on the first line are removed and that line doesn't become part of the block. This can be an issue with internal replies, where I often just post output without any intro comment.

    For example, this whole block

    should be <pre>
    but the first line isn't

Thanks Tekkub, it's certainly an odd case. Looking into it; we may just switch over to Github-flavored markdown.

Tekkub: We've found and repaired the issue. It's just waiting on a merge/review/deploy.
