Cloudfront resources 404
Our help site is not connecting with the cloudfront back-end, and thus scripts and CSS are not loading with the page. This should be evident just from visiting our public help page:
https://scrivener.tenderapp.com/help/home
If you run a network scanner on that, you'll see the cloudfront.net requests are all failing with a 404 error. The boostrapcdn.com stuff is working.
Interestingly enough, there is no issue with this site, so it isn't a global problem, or a local routing issue between me and cloudfront, at any rate.

Weird. It was broken on just one of the servers. Should be all fixed now.
