I have one client who doesn't receive our mails and he claims
that it's because they don't DKIM. Is it possible that or one
address DKIM is not used? What other info about mail I can provide
so you can tell me what's the issue?

Olatag:help.tenderapp.com,2008-11-12:Comment/207363092012-11-14T18:17:37Z2012-11-14T18:17:37ZDKIM in mails send from tender account.

Hi Ola,

DKIM is enabled globally per domain, so it's not possible for
one account or email to not use it. If you have the customer's
email, I can look him up and see if there is something wrong with
his account. Also, if he opened a discussion with you regarding
this problem, can you provide me with the link? If you're ok with
it, I might end up contacting him/her directly if I need to
troubleshoot further.

Thanks.

Julientag:help.tenderapp.com,2008-11-12:Comment/207363092012-11-20T00:43:23Z2012-11-20T00:43:23ZDKIM in mails send from tender account.

Hi Ola,

Just checking on this to see if you still needed help with this
customer?

Thanks!

Julien
