Email Settings Do Not Reflect True State

In our Email Settings, every category is listed as being "disabled" when in fact we Tender is creating new tickets for any email sent to a set of emails we designated a few months ago in this same settings page.

    It is indeed misleading and I believe we have a change coming for that. Those emails are permanently generated for each category and "disable" is not the right word to use.

    If you are still receiving email on that category, you need to turn off the autoforwarder you setup on the email that sends to the tender address. Even if we disabled those email addresses our servers are still handling your emails that are coming into the system.

    So what would happen if we hit the button "enable" on a given category?

    All it does is show the email address. It's really just a hide/show state. That email is always there. The only thing really activating them is if you are forwarding to that address.
