Hi ENTP,

Could you please address the issue with search not working when non-support customers are logged in? It's a problem for our customers and there has been nothing but silence on your end about this. We reported this earlier here

Do you have any other customers besides ourselves? This is disturbing that there's not even an acknowledgement of the problem. What are the chances that you are "working to correct the problem" as it shows in the error message?
