Discussions sent to spam

We use Tender app for our CS.

I noticed some discussions get moved to the Spam folder in the middle of a conversation. Can you explain why this may have happened.

    Sean,

    It looks like those are definitely a couple of false positives. If you feel like this is happening too often and that the spam filtering is being too aggressive I would recommend turning it off and seeing how that works.
