How to escape an url

How can I escape an url so that markdown / lighthouse will not mess with it?

My url is: handles it correctly if escaped with backticks around the url. Lighthouse however mangles it as you can see below:<year>/<customer>/<month>/<day>/<request_id>

Thanks a lot, -- Felix Geisendörfer

looks like you grabbed a bug in our formatting parser. putting it backticks should stop the autolinking, I'll see if we can't fix that.

A +1 on this. I just ran into it with an example API URL within backticks. Thanks.

    Should be fixed now:<year>/<customer>/<month>/<day>/<request_id>

Note: It's not in LH yet. Tender uses a model_formatting plugin that was extracted from LH. I still have to pound the extraction back into Lighthouse.

Ok, so should I open a new issue on that or how can I find out when that happens? I actually ran into the problem in lighthouse ...
