"Create a Lighthouse Ticket" not showing

Hi,

I have set up API Keys for Lighthouse on my Tender Account but when i browse into my discussions, i am unable to create a ticket on Lighthouse for the discussion. On some occasions i do happen to see the link on the right, but once i type a comment to another user, the link disappears and i am unable to create a Lighthouse ticket. Please Advise.

   I've managed to resolve this problem. It just seems tickets don't refresh itself properly when you adjust settings. nevertheless, the issue has been resolved on my side. thanks anyways
