The average response time says:

  1. All Time: 1 days
  2. This Month: 1 days
  3. This Week: … you guess it… 1 days
  4. Today: 3 days (ah, WTF?)

Hmm.

I haven't looked at the data for your account, but this seems pretty reasonable. Response time is calculated by the last time you responded to the issue . So if you just today responded to a bunch of issues that were created 5 days ago, it will drag your "Today" average closer to 5 days.

If your all-time average is 1 day, it's reasonable to say many of your discussions' response time is more than 1 day, and if you answered a few long-standing issues today, it'll drag your "today" average up quite a bit.

Ah, ok, I see. That makes more sense although I'm not totally sure
it's quite right but I'll keep an eye on it.

    Cheers,
