Can't add existing account to staff

I'm trying to invite and add an existing account ([email blocked]) to Support staff. The issue may have been caused when I tried to add [email blocked] to Support staff (by following the invite email and entering [email blocked] for existing account) while being logged in as the admin on Support ([email blocked]). Thanks.

    Try logging out of everything and start again!

    There are a bunch of cookies that get set. You should make sure your cookies are all removed and then invite yourself again.
