I timed the response time a few times for my Tender and for help.tenderapp.com, and it usually
looks like that:
relatively fast connection time, then a long wait for the content
to be generated, completed by a very short download.
My question is not why your app is so slow, but rather
can and will you improve the situation? I'm a new
customer and I'd love to remain one. Tender is a strong product,
but can be improved.

indeed. I'm adding new servers as we speak!
We have been growing a bit faster than projected, which is nice, but it means we are suffering a little in terms of performance.
