Working on it. We recently found some discrepancies in the way
we generate the inbox, fixed it, and deployed some code that looks
for open discussions that we might have missed. It appears that
it's being a bit ambitious in the way it defines an "open"
discussion. I'll have those sorted out asap.

I'm also looking into the 'no new tickets' thing. It looks like
there's a steady stream of incoming discussions into your account
and notifications going out. Let me know if you want me to dig in
