response deleted if I create a ticket before submitting the response
If I am in the middle of making a reply to a customer and I decide to attach a ticket before clicking "Comment" the process of attaching the ticket deletes everything in the comment box.
There is no way to get the data back. It catches me and my colleagues every now and then.
Please change this to prevent loss of work.

I've created a developer ticket for this issue. We'll update this discussion when we have more information to share on its active development status.
