We're sorry, but something went wrong
Hi,
The support site is having a lot of trouble today. It will work for a while and then the "We're sorry, but something went wrong" page will come up. I can't assign discussions to team members and threads that I have commented on continue to show up in my queue.
Any ideas?

Hey Clint,
We had some connection problems with one of our database server this morning, which resulted in those errors. It only lasted a few minutes and is fixed now. Everything should be back to normal.
If you are still experiencing some issues, can you link some discussions? I'll take a look.
