"Attach a Ticket" not working
Hello,
We are using Github issues and today when I tried to search for an existing ticket to include a new discussion I was unable to do so. Is there a way to still do this while I'm waiting on the error to be fixed?

Jess -
We'll take a look and see what's going on. You won't be able to attach the ticket in the sidebar any other way, but if you know the ticket number you can put it in an internal comment for reference when we get this fixed. We'll update you as soon as we have a fix in place.

The attach function has since worked and we were able to attach the case to
the existing ticket.
