I opened a new Tender account today and it seems reply by email
is not working.
Replying to a discussion via email is registering in Tender.
Tried it several times over the past few hours. Nothing.
Only replying inside the app seems to work.
Am I missing something?

here is the info about these lost emails:
I tried reply-by-email twice. Once from the administrator
account, one from a "visitor" email. Neither had attachments. Both
from gmail... one is a gmail for my domain, another is standard
Attached are those lost emails. The top message in each is the
one that didn't register in tenderapp.

UPDATE (resolved) - I found the issue.
I had set a custom email sender in my email settings. I didn't
notice this changes the reply-to email on all messages. So my
replies were going to that email and not into tender.
