Changing the "Help and Support" tab title

I have just installed the widget onto my Infusionsoft CustomerHub page. Is there a way to change the title on the floating tab (right hand side by default) to something other than "Help and Support" ?

We want to use that help and support page as more of a user forum. Hence the current title is not appropriate.

   You can change the image used for the widget by adding the following to your CSS files:

   #tender_toggler #tender_toggler_link {
     background: url(THE URL TO YOUR IMAGE) !important;
   }

   Where are you using/displaying the widget? You'd want to add the code to whatever stylesheet is being loaded where the widget is being used.
