Spam
Hi
We receive spam from time to time, f.ex here:

Our e-commerce partner is not very happy about this, because it
hurts the credit card brands. Is there anything we can do?

If you click on "Remove" on the comment you should see the option to mark the comment as spam. If the user making the comment doesn't have a user profile, this will mark them as a spammer for future comments. We just recently made improvements to our spam efforts and you can read more about them here - http://blog.entp.com/post/77742970737/spam-improvements
Depending on your workflow, you could also go to http://support.galleria.io/settings and under the Public Forums section select "Support Only". This will restrict users from commenting on any discussions other than their own but still allow you to keep their content public (if that's necessary).
