Draft articles won't publish

HI,

I have authored an article as a draft and I'm now trying to publish it, but it won't work.

The article is here – https://thechannelmanager.tenderapp.com/help/kb/channels/agoda-room...

Every time I try to edit the article to publish it says 'We're sorry, but something went wrong' and that you're looking into it.

I'd love to know what's happening and when you will be able to fix the issue.
