Tender in production about a week ago. We've setup queues for each
product -- however, we have a major issue where we can't assign a
person to a ticket. This means chaos since others don't know if
you're already working on it or worse, we have duplicate effort
(without knowing).<br></p>
<p>Ideally, we need to be able to assign a ticket to an

out queues. We tend to have queues for each person, or go by the
first person to respond to an issue. I could probably see adding
assigned users if the first support responder was automatically
set.</p></div>rick
