Help, we are getting Spammed like DOS attack style
Hey there...
Our incoming Q has over 250 messages from the same user. Looks like something has gone horribly wrong in email delivery. How can we contain the incoming queue yet keep this guy's account not marked as spam in the future?

Thanks!

Hey Torea,
we have a process that aggressively tries to process emails that come in, and if they error, it retries. This customer's email was a weird format that didn't quite complete all the steps that define 'success' so it kept retrying. I've fixed a bug in that code and removed his emails. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Courtenay,
Thanks so much for fixing this! Thanks so much.
Followup question, if we marked him as a spammer, will he always be marked that way? or can I mark this guys account as a regular one?
Thanks, Torea
