Our Tender isn't loading
help.speakaboos.com isn't loading. the last ticket i got from a user was at 11:27 AM EDT today, but now it just wont load at all. Browser error is that the server is not responding.

Hey Stephen,
looks like your DNS was set up incorrectly. You should have a CNAME pointing to 'help.tenderapp.com' or 'speakaboos.tenderapp.com' Instead you have an A record pointing to our IP address, which we changed over the weekend (and actually does change periodically).
help.speakaboos.com. 3602 IN A 184.73.201.197
