I bought your iphone app yesterday. It seems to be missing a lot of key features?
How can you close a discussion?
How can you reply and close a discussion?
How can you assign it to another support person?
How can you change status like make it pending or acknowledge?
How can you delete a discussion?

Hi Michael,
Tender does not have any official iPhone app, so you must have bought it from a 3rd party. I would contact the developer of the application.
