Multipass Token expired
Hey guys, can you tell me what to do if we're getting this message: "The MultiPass token has expired." Both myself and Nate (our support rep) are getting this message and cannot login.

Hi Matt,
This simply means that the link you clicked was expired. Where are you logging from? I would suggest simply reloading the page where you are logging into Tender and clicking the support/help link again (it should have been re-generated and have a new expiration date).
As an alternative, you can always bypass SSO by going to /login. If you don't have a password on Tender itself and have always used SSO, you can create one with the forgot password function.
