Knowledgebase article ratings icon display issue in firefox
There appears to be a font display problem on Firefox (v31
tested on os x/windows).
It's using FontAwesome,and as far as I can tell firefox is trying to use the TTF font file for display.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
