Echo Template Behaviour

In chrome for sure haven't tested others... if you tab over to the Comment button and then hit enter like you would normally do to submit the Comment button.... it somehow invokes the latest echo template code and inserts it over top of what you just wrote and sends that... this is a very annoying problem as our support team all use their keyboard heavily and we are sending completely wrong messages to our customers because of it. Please help us urgently.

Thank you
Michael

    Hey Michael,

I will look into it. In the meantime, know that you can:

    • Comment with Ctrl + Enter or Cmd + Enter
    • Comment and close with Ctrl + Shift + Enter or Cmd + Shift + Enter

This would probably be faster than tabbing to the button, and would avoid errors. You can also focus the comment field with "r" (for reply). The full list is available when you type "?".

In any case I'll look into the bug and I'll let you know when it's fixed.

    Glad to help.

The "Enter" bug should be fixed as well.
