Thank  you for your  reply. They referred me to you. The help ticket generator on their site does not recognize swbell.net as a valid email address.

    Hi,

Sorry for the confusion. We are not showing [email blocked] as a registered user either - is there perhaps another email address you used to create your account?

    Thanks,
    Brandi

    Hi,

Following up to see if we could be of further assistance. We were unable to locate a user account under [email blocked] - is there perhaps another email address you used to create your account?

    Cheers,
    Brandi
