not reciving email?

hi im testing
i sent a test question
i got the autoreponse as a customer but i didnt get a notification of a new issue as admin? how does that side of things work?

    Are the options selected to be notified on ?

    Also, is it a user responding? Or are you just testing Tender out on your own? You won't receive emails of your own activity.

    I wasn’t using a it from a new user...

    Looks to be great software
    And will hhopefully alleviate a lot of our support headaches
    Now gotta try out lighthouse next!
