Staff cannot view original
Hi,
Seems all the Infinite Kind support team members are experiencing the same issue -
When we try to view the 'Original' reply, we get a pop-up error that reads 'We're sorry but something went wrong, we've been notified...'.
It seems to be effecting all team members, and some have reported experiencing the issue for a few days now
