User didnt get activation email

Hello

I provide support using tenderapp at the following url http://help.infinitekind.com

i had a user register with the user name Straitshoot and they have not received an activation email. Email address [email blocked]

I also tried registering with a couple of other email addresses 10 mins ago and have not yet recieved activation emails.

    The job queue may have been backed up. Have the emails still not been received?

    I can't find any account with that email. Activation emails are being sent almost immediately, so I'll have to open a job with our host about possible mail server issues. Typically this means one of three things:

    • It's sitting in the user's spam box
    • It's being rejected by the user's email host
    • Our email host is unable to deliver because of problems reaching the user's email host.

    I just need specific email addresses of users that are having the issues. Also, this discussion should probably be private.
