Hi

I just need to check my account on jigoshop is ok, I've paid for premium support but no one is getting back to me on any of my questions. Just checking my account is et up ok!

    Hey Henry,

    So you're a user of jigoshop - they use our software to provide support. Your request came in here OK, so I'd say the system is working fine :) I suggest you check with them directly - we're not affiliated with them at all. Maybe they have a backlog..?
