Hi here

We use tenderapp.com in private mode. This seems to have an issue, starting form yesterday. Please look into this.
Starting from yesterday, the redirect sends all visitors to "http://madewithlove.be/support/login?to=%2F". In stead of seeing a dashboard or login screen, we see a white screen with only "No valid support user!" on screen.

We have currently disabled the private mode, and it seem usable now. Can you advise us if we need to change any settings, or if you can resolve this without our help, please do so. We need to have the application working in private mode asap.

Thanks in advance for your swift action.

Kind regards,
Laurent

Hi Laurent, that sounds like you have set a custom login URL. The login URL is supposed to provide Tender with the SSO details (authentication from your own site). If you aren't actually providing any SSO or login at that url then remove it from your settings.

    1. Is this a new restriction?

    2. I can't seem to be able to answer support calls after successful login, I keep getting a "Oeps something went wrong" when clicking on the specific subject in my queue, to open the request.

    Laurent,

We haven't changed anything on our end. I think we are having a bit of miscommunication. Did you change something on your end and now things aren't working?

Amanda, that's just it, we did not change anything. All was fine up until a few days ago.

This is the situation we had, and would like to see back:
    - url for our customers: support.madewithlove.be - private mode (only specified customers have access, which we grant manually)

Please advise on how we can (re)configure Tenderapp to reach this goal.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Laurent

It looks like you guys are using SSO. Are you logging in through your application first to get into Tender?

No, we let our clients log in on your login page.
We configured the alias 'support.madewithlove.be' in our settings page on
    your application.

After entering correct username and password, your application returns
    'invalid user'.

    Please look into this.

    Laurent,

Right now you have single sign on enabled.

You might try turning it off in your site settings and seeing if that does not resolve the issue that you are having. If not, let me know and we will continue to troubleshoot.
