Why ankimobile can't play any video in my iPhone6s and iPad air2
Firstly, I use anki in my win7 notebook and love the app very much, then I purchased the ankimobile so I can use it any time and any place. But the disappointing thing is that the ankimobile can't play any video in my iPhone and iPad. The iOS version is 11.1.2, and the video format is mp4, which is generated by the subs2srs tools (I ticked the "iPhone Support" when generated the video clips). I have attached a very small sample below.
Can anyone give me some advice to solve this problem?
