We are currently sending our support emails to tender as "text/html" with some table tags in them. Tender is not parsing these out so our support requests look all garbled.

Whats the correct way to send support requests to tender app. Do you guys prefer that I send it in "plain/text" without tags?

Or should I send it as multipart with a "text/plain" and "text/html" version and you'll just pick the plain text version?

If you send it as a multipart, we'll grab the plain/text version for you. So as long as a text/plain version gets sent somewhere along the line, Tender will render them just fine. You are correct though, we do not parse text/html (only) emails.
