Sorry about the issues. What is the Tender account name and
Lighthouse account name? Was it working before or are you just now
getting everything set up?

Willtag:help.tenderapp.com,2008-11-12:Comment/3362032009-08-30T15:34:08Z2009-08-30T15:34:13ZCan't find tickets on lighthouse

Hey,

It's a new setup.

Lighthouse account: belighted.lighthouseapp.com
TenderApp account: valipat.tenderapp.com

The "Valipat" lighthouse project appears properly on the "site
settings" page of tenderapp. I guess it means the API token is
working well.

Thank you,

I just logged into your account and tried it out -- everything
seems to be working from my end (see attachment). Would you mind
trying it again? If it still doesn't work, could you describe
exactly how you attempted to attach a ticket and when it
failed?

Thanks!

I just go to the dashboard and click on a new problem to see its
thread. On the right I then click the "Attach a lighthouse ticket"
link, fill in the search text field that appears in the floating
box and hit enter. The status goes from "No search terms" to
"Searching lighthouse" and nothing else happens.

Something else: the screenshot you attached in the current
discussion is unavailable to me, there is a "(Processing asset)"
mention next to the file name for hours. The link to that file in
the notification e-mail I received yesterday points to a 404.

I'm kind of stuck, I have to process the pending discussions
now.

Thank you,

I'm using FF3.0 and 3.5 on Ubuntu Jaunty.

Julien Biezemanstag:help.tenderapp.com,2008-11-12:Comment/3362032009-08-31T17:32:25Z2009-08-31T17:32:25ZCan't find tickets on lighthouse

Sorry about that broken attachment (looks like I found a problem
with some very long filenames). I've attached it again. Can you
explain what you are typing into the field?

I'm using a very similar setup, and actually logged into your
account as you and everything is working for me.

Kyle Neath (GitHub Staff) tag:help.tenderapp.com,2008-11-12:Comment/3362032009-09-01T08:18:46Z2009-09-01T08:18:49ZCan't find tickets on lighthouse

Well it seems to work now. I don't understand why; I changed
nothing, I use the same keywords and it shows me the tickets.

Thank you for your help!

Julien Biezemans
