Auto-responders looping problem

Hello there,

Within my company, we have the same issue explained here:

We use TenderApp for one of the products and Intercom for another one. If a client insert both helpdesks email addresses the fire starts and everybody gets full of tickets. I suppose there is not a way to block an entire email domain from this page //dashboard/blocked_emails. We would like to block emails from @inbound.intercom-mail.com. Is there a way to do it - maybe wildcards can work? Or you can do it on your own side?

    this is deployed now. anything in the blocked email list in the form '@domain.com' will be blocked (i.e. missing username part).
