Why can't I download attachments?

Hi Tender Support,

I've been experiencing unusual difficulties with downloading attachments for the last 2 or 3 days now. I usually right click on attachments in discussions and opt to "Download Linked File" and it used to download to my Downloads folder with no problems. Now if I do the same thing, it shows a file is being downloaded, however when it shows up in my Downloads it says login.html and is not in fact the attachment, but rather a link to log into our Support site. Any other options open the attachment in a new window as an .html file and is not useful to me. After this attempted download, I then go back and attempt to make internal notes or send a reply to a customer and get an error: "We're sorry, but something went wrong (500)". It appears as though attempting to download files logs me out? Any idea what is going on?

    Hello again, checking back nearly 20 days later and still have not received any response to this. Myself and a few other support staff are still unable to download most attachments. Some, such as the LogTenCoreDataStore.sql files download fine, as long as they are zipped. Others, such as .xls or .pdf files automatically log me out and never download. This is becoming quite frustrating.

    Hi Heather, apologies for not replying. Can you point me at a place where this is happening? There seem to be two ways attachments are on your site, one via your own tool and one hosted with us but I need to know which ones are failing for you.

    Hi Courtenay,

    Thanks for getting back to me. As far as I understand, we are supporting logbook attachments (the LogTenCoreDataStore.sql) files, and other file formats are hosted by you.     Hello again, just checking back in to see if I can get any insight or help with this? Still not able to download what seems to be any attachments that are uploaded with the attachment method that you host.

    FYI, this seems to have been somewhat resolved. Previously, I would right-click on the file name and opt to "Download Linked File". This process was giving me the issues.

    Now, it seems that I can right-click on the Download link beneath the file name and opt to "Download Linked File" without issue.

    What changed?
