Troubleshooting Email Problems
See more..The Tender Email Settings page displays the current status of your email configuration. By default, Tender will send periodic heartbeat emails to test the delivery system. If these emails aren't processed by Tender in a reasonable time, an error is shown on the dashboard.
Common problems include:
- Did you set up forwarding on your own mail server?
- DNS problems that prevent Tender Support's mail s...
