have solved this. The problem before was that if you logged in with
multiple browsers, it would change the cookie token so that the
first browser would be 'logged out'. The new system tracks multiple
tokens across browsers. It worked great in staging, but I had to
log in again today. Course, I use the Stainless browser, which has
no cookie viewer :/ The new system will include a viewer so you can
see where you're logged in at.</p></div>ricktag:help.tenderapp.com,2008-11-12:Comment/3765222009-09-15T18:38:17Z2010-06-02T19:19:04ZLogin times out after 24h even after clicking "Remember me"<div><p>Cool! Looking forward to not logging in so often.</p>
<p>Does it sound like a useful global setting to change the amount
of time a user can be logged in - from the admin? E.g. default is
24 * 7 hours and you can change it for all users. I'm just
suggesting this, because maybe some companies want additional
security instead of more convenience... - I'm all for the
convenience though :)</p></div>dennistag:help.tenderapp.com,2008-11-12:Comment/3765222009-09-15T18:57:24Z2009-09-15T18:57:24ZLogin times out after 24h even after clicking "Remember me"<div><p>Well it's deployed now... if you have problems, can you post the
value of the <code>auth_token</code> cookie for the exact tender
domain? Feel free to email to <a href=
"mailto:support@tenderapp.com">support@tenderapp.com</a> so it's in
a private discussion though. I wonder if Safari is somehow deleting
cookies, or if Tender is updating the token and not properly
transmitting the new one to the cookies.</p></div>rick
