pending discussion popup no more readable

Hello,

Until a week or so, the yellow tender indicator (a kind of yellow popup above many suuport pages) displayed for the support staff seems to be clipped. I only see part of this yellow indicator and cannot see anymore the number of pending discussions.
See the attached snapshot...
I tested it on the last firefox version as well as the last chrome version.

Not very critical, but a bit annoying...

   Christophe -

   We made a minor change to the master CSS file so I updated your custom CSS to accomodate the change.

   #header, .admin #header {
   background-color: transparent;
   }
   

   The only change to your custom CSS file was to the background-color, but let us know if you see anything else not acting as expected on your site.
