ACKNOWLEDGE UPDATE doesn't stick
It seems that for some posts ACKNOWLEDGE UPDATE doesn't stick. It works for a day or two, but then the discussion always shows back up in my pending queue. Is this a known problem? Here's one post where this keeps happening:

It doesn't appear that any additional comments are getting added to the post that would cause this state change.
