Rendering Issues on our tender page

Hey guys -

Seeing some weird rendering in our tender page over the past few weeks.

   Mike -

   We made some master CSS file changes recently. I tweaked your custom CSS to accomodate the master file changes.

   #page {
     width: 960px;
     background: #F8F8F8;
   }
   

   and added the following to the #header element

   margin-top: 20px;
