How to "pin" Pending not-queued discussions
Hello,
is there any way to "pin" in the header bar Pending
not-queued discussions? The default is Pending
all discussions and I see I can only switch to
"All discussions" or "Assigned to me".

You should also be able to pin specific queues, but we don't have a way to pin not-queued discussions as this time. I'll check with the team at our morning meeting if this is something we'd want to add. If it is, I'll make a development ticket and when we have it in active development we'll update this discussion.
