I can't seem to find this option in our settings?

Also, do you have a survey feature that when you close a discussion you can ask for a simple yes/no survey - did we resolve your problem?

   Hey Michael, that's because Echo Templates are one of the features of an upgraded plan. You guys are on a legacy Basic plan. Check out the billing page in your dashboard to compare the newer plans and what features are available accordingly.

   Hi Michael,

   You can set the state variable in your email templates by doing this:

   {% if state == "resolved" %}
   …
   {% endif %}
   

   Whichever survey info you wanted could go within that code block in your email template.

   If you ever did decide to upgrade, you could also use an Echo reply to send the survey information to them when the discussion was "closed", but that wouldn't be something the system would do automatically.
