Changing user to support staff
Can I change an active user to a support staff? If I send a new invitation will it combine their accounts?

Hey Christine, it's best if you just change their user type to 'support' instead of re-inviting them as we don't have a user merge function. You can do this in the members settings.

You can change the permissions for your users here: http://saffrontech.tenderapp.com/dashboard/members. Just select the user and scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll see the settings, then choose "support staff".
