Appearance of email thread
Hi
How do I keep the original email in the reply? I know I can copy and paste the original question but is there a way to set up the system so that this is done automatically?

Hey Teri,
You currently use a custom template, which does not output the previous comment. You can look at the default which automatically shows the last reply.
