Just curious if you guys will be offering a way to actually customize the look of the tender widget itself (mostly looking to change the colors to match our application's colors).

We don't currently offer it, but it is something we hope to build out in the future so you can customize the widget using a builder. Chances are it wont be full blown custom CSS, but a serious of options. No ETA on when we'll get to that though.

I'd love to see some widget customization features. Another thing that would be helpful are more and better examples of setting up your own buttons/menu choices on a web page to launch to the current widget. Any users out there that have some success stories or examples they could share on relocating and launching the default Help&Support button? Us non-programmer newbies need handholding, sorry...

Better yet, if someone has experience doing this with the Sandvox website tool via code injection or CSS modifications please contact me, I could use some added help.

Thanks for the suggestions, Peter. The widget definitely needs some love, and we're excited about improving the experience and making it more customizable. We don't have any experience with Sandvox, unfortunately. Best of luck to you!
