Auto Reply
Hello,
How can we set up an auto reply on tender questions we receive from our users? We'd like to notify them as soon as they start a discussion that the system is not chat-based and we will respond within a certain time frame.
Please advise.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

You can set up an autoresponder for your site here - http://help.charitynavigator.org/dashboard/autoresponders.
It can be for all categories or you can set up unique ones for each category.
